 Summary

This is a device for agitation of high viscosity slurry and non-bubbling designed to upgrade quality of the product to the level desired by eliminating the pores distributed in the slurry.
 
Depending on the viscosity, rotational frequency of impeller and blade is adjustable and can install high speed impeller or low speed blade either on single axis or dual axis.
 
Especially when producing a product to which variation in shape may be caused by the contact of slurry to oxygen in the air resulting oxidation or some other chemical reactions and or when producing a product that may escalate error rate due to the pores distributed in the slurry, this system is applicable to the following process after the crushing process.

* Agitation of high viscosity slurry and non-bubbling.

* Up & down lifting by the hydraulic and pneumatic power

* Increment of working efficiency by the rapid vacuuming.

* Water cooling system by tank jacket and keeping warmth by thermostat

* Workable for high viscosity slurry of 10,000 ~ 300,000 cps

* Either water sealing method or dry method of vacuum pump is adopted depending on the requirements of the sample.

Thermostat container
By having the tank maintain a constant temperature with thermostat-container (normally tank is cooled down while vaporizing solvent), the mixing efficiency can be increased
Heater

By equipping heater inside and also outside the tank, the condition of chamber can be maintained to adequately meet order specifications.

JACKET
Cooling action is possible by the chiller etc and cooling water can be compulsorily transferred to tank jacket by the circulating pump
VACCUM
In case vacuum is formed, control by minute adjustment is possible and slurry discharge can be done with pressurization.
