The beads used for the milling machine has to be carefully selected depending on the grinding efficiency, wear-resistance, mingling with components as it significantly affects running cost.

Zirconia beads (Y2O3 P.S.Z) is a material widely used presently in the areas where the matter of mixing and efficiency is emphasized such as electronic ceramic etc.

Especially Y2O3 partially stabilized Zirconia is widely used for wear-resistance purpose.



 Characteristics

* With its high specific gravity (over 6.0), highly efficient for the crush and break-up

* With its high purity, secured from the adulteration of SiO2 and MgO

* With its smoothness of surface and shape of perfect roundness, shows excellent resistance to wear.

* As the particles are uniformly distributed, enable the distribution of particles of the material to be crushed sharpened.

* For its high breaking forces, most suitable for bead mill and potentiality of error occurrence by the operation of the machine has been remarkably reduced.
